Core Link+ Configuration

Core Link+ Configuration

Using this page you set up a Metacentre Core Link+
The Configuration Wizard will automatically take you through all Link+ devices in the installation, setting these up one by one.
On the top of the page, you are informed about the Address and the Name of the compressor asset.

The first step involves the Metacentre Core asking the current configuration data of the Link+ device.
The Link+ device will respond and will send the requested data to the Metacentre Core.
The communication is taking place using the Airbus485 serial network.

During this process, a progress bar is displayed and the retrieved information is gradually displayed

If the Metacentre Core is unable to receive the requested data, an according error screen is displayed.

Once all data is gathered, the page is filled in with the current configuration data of the Link+ device.

From this moment on you can edit the Link+ device configuration.

Alarm:
When a Alarm signal is connected to the Link+ device (on DI4), this is done using a switch connecting a voltage between 24V and 240V AC/DC:
If the Alarm situation is indicated when the switch is closed, the selection has to be: "Normally Open"
If the Alarm situation is indicated when the switch is closed, the selection has to be: "Normally Closed"

When nothing is connected to DI4, the selection has to be: "Normally Closed".

Pressure sensor:
If a Pressure sensor is connected to the Link+ device, this has to be set to "Enabled",
otherwise this has to be set to "Disabled".

Temperature sensor:
If a Temperature sensor is connected to the Link+ device, this has to be set to "Enabled",
otherwise this has to be set to "Disabled".
